Central Coast Council Development Contribution Plans amended to include Secondary Dwellings

Developer contributions now apply to Secondary Dwellings across the whole of the Council Area.

In the former Gosford Area contributions are levied based on the size of the dwelling.

In the former Wyong Area contributions are levied based on the number of rooms that can be used as bedrooms.
