Gold Coast City Council – Express Development Applications

Gold Coast City Council has introduced a new fast-track service, Express Development Application (Express DA).

Express DA replaces the existing RiskSMART service and is available for a range of low risk application types.

Council is currently offering a 50% discount to the applicable fee for applications that qualify for the Express DA process.
