Moreton Bay Planning Scheme Approved

The State Government has approved the Moreton Bay Planning Scheme, which will come into effect on 1 February 2016. The new Scheme is available on the Council’s website here.

Until then the existing Redcliffe, Caboolture and Pine Rivers Planning Schemes will remain in effect and all development applications lodged prior to 1 February 2016 will be assessed under the current planning schemes.
